Laura Vervoort
Founder & Head Chef of L’abeille, Laura has been a Pastry Chef for more than a decade, working for several Michelin-starred restaurants all over Europe. From 3 Michelin starred restaurant “Akelarre” in San Sebastian, to restaurant Hofmann in Barcelona, Christophe Michalak world pastry Champion’s boutique in Paris and finally as Head Pastry Chef at l’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris ( 2 Michelin stars). Today, she has fulfilled her dream of opening her own Pastry School in Amsterdam where she teaches and develops her work, in addition to consulting for restaurants & bakeries.
