Carefully crafted and raised with our 8 year old sourdough, Panettone is a 38 hour elaboration which result is a delicious, flavorful, cotton feeling sweet bread. The chocolate version with cocoa dough and 42% chocolate from Ghana is deep flavored and light on the pallet, topped with a crunchy cocoa / almond glaze and pearled sugar.

CONSERVATION
Up to 2 weeks in it's original closed Packaging, 3-4 days once open and saved in it's original bag, closed tight.
