Carefully crafted and raised with our 8 year old sourdough, Panettone is a 38 hour elaboration which result is a delicious, flavorful, cotton feeling sweet bread. This Nocciola version is garnished with 42% Milk chocolate from Ghana, and filled with home made Hazelnut Praliné.
Topped with a hazelnut glaze and roasted hazelnuts.

CONSERVATION
Up to 2 weeks in it's original closed Packaging, 3-4 days once open and saved in it's original bag, closed tight.
